Dr. Xinghua Lu received his medical degree from the Shandong Medical University and practiced as an internal medicine physician for 10 years. He received his PhD in pharmacology from the University of Connecticut. After further receiving a postdoctoral training in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Pittsburgh, he has been carrying out research in AI and medicine for 20 years.
